Standardized notes on particular risks (R) and standardized safety (S) tips.Hazardous substances are classified using R phrases to identify primary hazards as well as risks due to other hazardous properties. S phrases contain information on important safety measures. Valid R and S phrases are listed in EU directive 92/32/EEC.
