quality check (SV-ASA)

A quality check occurs at the end of each phase in the ASAP Roadmap.This check is to be performed by the project manager and is intended to provide verification that all activities and tasks were performed, and that they produced complete and correct deliverables. After each quality check, the next phase can be started. In contrast, the SAP Review Program also assesses the implementation risks and evaluates the implementation on an overall level.
