main condition (MM-PUR)

A principal condition agreed with the "condition granter."In the case of conditions requiring periodic settlement, the main condition defines the basic timeframe, i.e. the validity periods of individual period conditions may not lie outside the validity period of the main condition. Final settlement with respect to a rebate arrangement is always effected on the basis of the main condition.
