facility (FS-MCM-FAC)

A contractual agreement that is used to grant the bank customer with a master line of credit. The master line of credit can be divided into partial lines of credit, according to any criteria, such as products, branches, or currencies.In Master Contract Management (FS-MCM), a facility is represented as a hierarchy of a main commitment with as many partial commitments as required. Each commitment can be assigned with as many partial commitments and drawings as required. The lines of credit agreed upon in the commitments can be utilized by means of drawings.
